SHI'ITES STAGE PROTEST IN KADUNA,KANO

Hundreds of Shi'ites from different towns have stormed the streets in Kano and Kaduna States showing their concern about what happened in Zaria, the famous town in Kaduna State, by the Nigerian troops. Showing they are against the majors taken by the military on their members.

They are also complaining about the arrest of their leader Ibrahim El Zakzaky. police are present on the major roads in Kaduna to avoid any clash and incident. All major govt offices and agencies shops are closed and peole are fearful of anything that could happen.

Likewise in Kano the Shi'ites are protesting because of the discrimination and killing that the Nigerian soldiers lunched on their brothers in Zaria.

Since the beginning of this clash between the army and the Shi'ites many people have been killed and their worshiping places were destroyed.

Human Rights organisations in Nigeria alleged that more than 200 shi'ites were killed when the soldiers raided the house of the  shi'ites leader Ibrahim El Zakzaky last week in Zaria

CLASH BETWEEN THE SHI'ITES AND THE NIGERIAN ARMY

Just a few days a ago an incident happened in Zaria the famous town in Kaduna State of Nigeria. The clash occurred when the shi'ites where observing their annual Hussainiya gathering, in that moment they have filled up the main road which made it unaccessable, this cause heavy hold up on the road. In the middle of the event, the Chief of Army Staff T.Y Buratai came to pass, some officers told the crowd to excuse them to pass but the crowd refuse saying even if it is Buhari they will not move this made the COAS to call El-Zakzaky on phone that he should tell his people to vacate the road, but unfortunately he said he cannot because they are angry at that moment (his people) This made the COAS to command the soldiers to clear the crowd, before you know it these people start attacking the soldiers and the COAS.This angered the soldiers to do anything possible to protect the COAS this eventually results to exchange of fire between the shi'ites and the soldiers

THIS CHANGE IS NOT ALL OF THE SUDDEN

Whenever I come across people that criticize the present government I just look and pray for them, I excuse them because such kinds of people get news from roadside guys, rumours or by mere thinking and predictions. Such kind of people have not gone through what happened 16 years ago, probably they have no idea about what happened. I remember those days of looted/missing funds (imagine), the enormous corruption and scams in our system. Insecurity was at its peak, lack of political will and many others.
But today things are changing. President Buhari is now concern with how to bring Nigeria back to life. The institutions, the cabinet, the MDA’s have to settle with competent and hardworking people who can adapt to “change”. All the hardship we are going through will be thing of the past, let put our hand together and have a new Nigeria, we just have to. Previous government has done the damages you can never imagine, to repair those damages it will take a lot of sacrifice, seriousness and determination. As a Hausa saying goes, “Sai ansha wuya akan sha dadi” meaning you have to suffer before you enjoy.

CRANE COLLAPSE:AT LEAST 107 FEARED DEAD,238 WOUNDED

The authorities of Saudi Arabia are investigating on a construction crane that collapsed  killing at least 107 people and wounded 238 others during a storm at Mecca's Grand Mosque, pledging that the annual hajj pilgrimage would go ahead.
As world leaders offered condolences, the governor of Mecca region, Prince Khaled al-Faisal, ordered an investigation into the tragic accident that occurred as worshipers gathered for prayers.
The Saudi Press Agency quoted a spokesperson for the two holy mosques as saying that the crane was brought down by strong wind and heavy rain.
Abdel Aziz Naqoor, who said he works at the mosque, told the AFP news agency that he saw the massive construction crane fall after being hit by the storm.
"If it weren't for Al-Tawaf bridge the injuries and deaths would have been worse," he said, referring to a covered walkway that surrounds the holy Kaaba, which broke the crane's fall.
General Suleiman al-Amr, director-general of the Civil Defence Authority, told Al Ikhbariya television that strong wind and rains had uprooted trees and rocked cranes in the area.
Irfan al-Alawi, co-founder of the Mecca-based Islamic Heritage Research Foundation, suggested that authorities were negligent by having a series of cranes overlooking the mosque.
Pictures circulating on social media showed pilgrims in bloodied robes and debris from a part of the crane that appeared to have crashed through a ceiling.
